Due to an evening meeting, I was able to come home early in the afternoon yesterday. When I walked in the door at three, Scooter was already there:
Scooter: "DADDY! You're home early!!!!"
Taran (pleased with her excitement): "Yes, I got off work early today!!"
Scooter: "Did you get fired?????"
Taran: "Thanks kid. Thanks a lot."
